Geoffrey S. Cable MS, CFP®
Geoff is a D360 Wealth Advisor, Managing Director, Wealth Management Services and Senior Executive Partner, Destination Wealth Management. He has been in the financial services industry since 1989.
Prior to joining Destination, Geoff worked for a national financial education company where he facilitated unbiased multimedia presentations on financial planning topics, including investing, retirement planning, debt management, and income taxes. He has also provided wealth management and financial planning services focused on family wealth issues at Merrill Lynch, and for corporate executives and small business owners at The Bank of New York.
Geoff specializes in helping clients with their investment goals as well as providing comprehensive financial planning strategies, such as planning for retirement, educating children, risk management, and minimizing income taxes. He has experience in helping those who are retired as well as those planning for retirement. Geoff believes that educating his clients to better understand their goals will increase their probability of achieving them.
Geoff was born and raised in New York and has lived in the Bay Area since 1999. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Accounting from Siena College in upstate New York and a Master of Science degree in Financial Planning from Golden Gate University in San Francisco. He obtained the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® certification in 1996. Geoff also provides advice on a variety of financial planning topics and his writings have appeared in the personal finance section of CNBC.com.

Robert K. Jacques MBA, CFP®, CSA®
Robert Jacques is a D360 Wealth Advisor, Managing Director, Wealth Management Services and Senior Executive Partner, Destination Wealth Management. He has worked in the financial services industry since 1993. Robert obtained his CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® certification in 1995. He has extensive experience in financial planning, investments, private banking, lending, insurance and estate planning. Robert is responsible for developing firm relationships with clients, business partners, non-profit groups, corporate and civic organizations, and professionals.
Robert first joined Destination Wealth Management from 2000 to 2007. Prior to rejoining the firm in 2014, Robert worked for Union Bank and Citigroup as a private banker working with high net worth individuals and commercial businesses.
Over the years Robert has served on several community boards including Empowered Aging, Regional Parks Foundation, Alta Bates Summit Foundation, Contra Costa Senior Legal Services, and Alzheimer’s Services of the East Bay. Robert has also been a member of the East Bay Estate Planning Council and the Estate Planning Council of Diablo Valley.
Robert received a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Golden Gate University and a Bachelor’s degree (BA) from George Washington University. Robert resides in the Montclair area of Oakland with his wife and son. He enjoys spending time in the East Bay parks with his family and playing surf guitar.

Angie M. Hager CFA®, CFP®, CSRIC™
Angie is a D360 Wealth Advisor, Managing Director, SRI Specialist & Director of Planning Strategy, Wealth Management Services and Executive Partner, Destination Wealth Management. She has been in the financial industry since 1992.
Angie works with clients to provide direction and meaning to their financial decisions. She enjoys helping families understand the implications that each financial decision has on other areas of their finances. She finds it rewarding to help clients navigate through the seemingly overwhelming options. Whether simple or complex, Angie can help clients with the financial decisions that impact their lives.
Angie is skilled at developing planning strategies and is also knowledgeable about investment related issues. She is well-informed about the investment philosophy of Destination and fully understands the importance of integrating the investment plan with financial planning strategies.
Prior to joining Destination, Angie worked with Vista Wealth Management in San Francisco to provide wealth management and financial planning services for high net worth individuals and families. She also worked at RCM Capital Management helping clients understand the firm’s investment philosophy, investment process, and their portfolio performance and characteristics. Angie was born and raised in Michigan and moved to the Bay Area in 1991. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from Nazareth College, Michigan. She earned the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation in 2000 and the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® certification in 2006. Angie is a member of the Financial Planning Association (FPA) and the CFA Society of San Francisco.

Tony DeSzily MBA, CFP®
Tony is a D360 Wealth Advisor, Managing Director, Wealth Management Services and Executive Partner, Destination Wealth Management. He has been in the financial services profession since 1995.
Before joining Destination, Tony was a Senior Investment Consultant with Charles Schwab and also served as the regional planner in Schwab’s Personal Financial Planning offering. His focus was helping clients understand relevant wealth management issues, as well as developing and implementing appropriate solutions.
Previously, Tony worked with Prudential, preparing and presenting insurance-based solutions for high net worth clients and small business owners seeking to address estate planning, business continuation, and retirement planning needs. Tony works well with clients in transition, as he understands the importance of these timely decisions. Issues that he can help address include family goal planning, repositioning assets for retirement, and handling sudden wealth.
Prior to entering the financial planning profession, Tony was in the hospitality industry, working in various restaurant and hotel management positions for such companies as Embassy Suites and the Four Seasons. Building on this experience, he then developed and operated a local international-themed restaurant.
Tony was born on the East Coast and raised in the Bay Area. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature from the University of Santa Clara, and spent a year teaching English at the Institute for International Studies and Training in Fujinomiya, Japan. He received his Master of Business Administration degree (MBA) from the University of Bath in the United Kingdom.
Tony is married with two daughters. He contributes time to various charities, such as Habitat for Humanity and the Special Olympics, as well as local church groups. He also enjoys playing basketball, golf and skiing.

Elaine Lugo CFP®
Elaine is a D360 Wealth Advisor, Senior Vice President, Wealth Management Services and Senior Partner, Destination Wealth Management and has been in the financial services industry since 1993.
Prior to joining Destination in 2005, Elaine owned her own financial planning practice in downtown San Francisco. Elaine’s clientele includes small business owners, physicians in private practice, performing arts professionals and members of the LGBTQ community.
Elaine works well with all types of clients, ranging from individuals with concentrated equity positions to those who are nearing retirement or recently retired. She also enjoys working with families seeking financial planning expertise, with focus on college funding, estate planning and insurance coverage. Elaine believes periodic financial reviews are vital to ensuring one’s financial well-being.
Elaine was born and raised in the Bay Area. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Fashion from the Louise Salinger Academy of Fashion. She completed her CFP® certification with the College for Financial Planning in 1999, and received Board Certification in 2006. She is a sustaining member of the National Charity League, San Francisco Chapter as well as the Latina Coalition of Silicon Valley. A classically trained dancer, Elaine has studied classical and flamenco dances in Spain.

Caroline S. Egan CFP®
Caroline is a D360 Wealth Advisor, Senior Vice President, Wealth Management Services and Executive Partner, Destination Wealth Management and has over 20 years of experience in wealth management. She has worked with many types of clients and situations whether it be in wealth accumulation years, nearing retirement, or wealth transfer stages of clients' financial lives. As a graduate from the University of San Francisco, Caroline has gotten to know the community in the Bay Area and is involved with DWM’s philanthropic work. She is responsible for establishing and maintaining many of the non-profit relationships the firm supports.
She graduated from the University of San Francisco with a Bachelor of Arts degree. In 1994, she began her career in downtown San Francisco at a firm where she provided investment management services as well as comprehensive financial planning. She earned her CFP® certification in 1998 and in the year 2000, she joined Destination Wealth Management. In 2005, she moved to Seattle to be closer to her parents and joined Northern Trust as a Vice President, Wealth Strategist, responsible for client relationships in the Pacific Northwest. After nine years at Northern Trust, Caroline rejoined Destination Wealth Management.
Caroline has expertise in estate planning and asset management. She works closely with business owners who intend to either sell their business or would like to work on grooming the next generation to take over. Caroline also enjoys working with people who are entering their retirement phase as well as with seniors who may be in transition in the near future to needing elder care.
Caroline was also a long-time instructor for the College for Financial Planning, where she prepared CFP® candidates to sit for the board exam. She is an active member of the Estate Planning Council and supporter of several non-profits in health care and foster children programs.
Caroline lived in Europe for 17 years and understands the needs of ex-pats as well as green card holders. Caroline is a proud parent of two sons and enjoys skiing, horseback riding, reading, and traveling the globe.

Rita Chan Martin CFP®, EA

She began her financial career at Charles Schwab in San Francisco where she began studying for the CFP® exam and financial planning courses. Prior to joining Destination, Rita was a Banker at Bank of America working with seniors, families, and individuals helping them achieve financial stability and security.
Rita specializes in providing financial planning strategies such as retirement planning, college savings, mortgage reduction, life insurance protection, funeral expenses, and estate planning. She finds it rewarding to help clients navigate through complex financial decisions that may impact their lives.
Rita was born and raised in Taiwan. She speaks fluent English, Mandarin, Taiwanese and some Cantonese. She received an Electronic Engineer Degree from DELIN Institute of Technology in Taiwan and completed her CFP® certification with the College for Financial Planning in 2003. She received her board certification in 2008 and is also an IRS enrolled agent.
Rita has one daughter. She supports fundraising events for the St. Jude Children’s Hospital and World Vision and enjoys participating in organizations that help those in need. She also enjoys traveling, reading and watching movies.

Chris Eagles-Smith CFP®
Chris is a D360 Wealth Advisor, Senior Vice President, Wealth Management Services and Senior Partner, Destination Wealth Management. He has been in the Investment Management industry since 2008. Chris began his career as an Investment Analyst at Brouwer & Janachowski, a boutique Registered Investment Advisor in Tiburon, CA working mainly with high-net-worth individuals. At Brouwer & Janachowski, Chris was responsible for researching investments, preparing meeting materials, trading in accounts and creating financial plans.
Prior to joining Destination Wealth Management, Chris was a Wealth Advisor at Polaris Wealth Advisors in San Francisco. His focus was on working with individuals gearing up for retirement to create a sound financial plan. He also worked with clients that held large concentrated stock positions helping them to diversify their holdings while limiting their tax impact.
Chris is a Bay Area native, having been born in San Francisco and raised in Marin County. Chris graduated from University of California, Irvine with a degree in Sociology. While attending UC Irvine, Chris spent a year in Bologna, Italy on a study abroad program. Sophia Feng CFP®
Sophia Feng is a D360 Wealth Advisor, Senior Vice President, Wealth Management Services and Partner, Destination Wealth Management. Sophia has been in the financial industry over 15 years and greatly enjoys working with DWM clients. Sophia works closely on financial planning strategies including social security analysis, tax projections, college savings strategies, estate planning issues, and comprehensive planning for retirement.

David Rairden CFP®
David is a D360 Wealth Advisor and Senior Vice President, Wealth Management Services at Destination Wealth Management. He has worked in the financial services industry since 1996. David began his career at Charles Schwab where he was a trusted financial resource for clients at branch offices in the San Francisco area. He worked directly with clients to help them build and manage their investment portfolios.
Prior to joining Destination Wealth Management, David was a Wealth Manager with USAA in San Francisco. There he helped affluent clients identify their life goals and craft and implement a financial plan to guide them in their journey toward those goals. His comprehensive financial planning included analyzing investments, retirement planning, risk management and legacy planning.
David earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of California, Davis and is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER®. David is a Bay Area native and enjoys spending his free time hiking the local hills, exploring new places, and following local sports teams.
