Hello. This is Michael Yoshikami, CEO of Destination Wealth Management and I wanted to talk for just a moment about the strategic financial planning process that we provide to every person that we work with here at Destination Wealth Management. We believe every investment strategy is contextual, which means every person's goals and objectives should be taken into account when an investment strategy is developed. This is the core of financial planning and the core of the process that we offer here at Destination Wealth Management. I thought it might be helpful to give you a basic outline of the planning process that we engage in as we work with clients here at Destination Wealth Management.

Number one: Every person's goals are unique. Your situation is unlike anyone else's situation. We understand that as a planning firm and our recommendations are adjusted based on what is appropriate for you.

Number two: It is important to look at all aspects of one's financial life when developing the right strategic plan. Discussing planning issues on a variety of topics that might impact your particular situation is important in developing an overall comprehensive strategic financial plan.

Number three: We provide financial planning alternatives and scenarios. We believe it is important for you to have a list of alternatives and to make judgments that you feel are appropriate for you. Dogmatic recommendations, we believe, are not productive. It's really a collaborative discussion process that helps arrive at the best planning solution

Number four: We are a collaborative firm. We work directly with you in a team-based approach and also with other professionals, attorneys, CPAs, trustees, any other party that might be helpful in the overall relationship working with you.

Number five: After we develop a plan, we don't just leave you alone. We will provide whatever assistance you need in implementing that plan.

Number six: Your financial plan is not a static plan. It requires adjustments. Remember that our financial planning services are available to you without any additional costs on a permanent basis and we believe having the right strategic financial plan developed with you as a team is a key component for your long-term success.
